  • This strategic programme was designed to fulfil DBS’ ambition of becoming a ‘world class regional bank’, including the full integration of previously acquired banks
  • Based in Singapore, a Global PMI Partners Associate Partner managed half of the ‘Branch Improvement Programme’, which was a major strategic change for the bank
  • Phased implementation of a new organisation structure, new roles and responsibilities for all layers of management of the branch network (140 branches, 3,000 staff)
  • Remodelling and redesign of the layout of each branch to facilitate improved customer focus and operational efficiency, including full-scale business process re-engineering
  • Using a playbook approach for each branch, converted branches were achieving up to 70% increases in sales performance and other key KPIs
