- Deutsche Telekom was seeking to establish a group wide approach for PMI. We assisted in establishing a PMI guideline that included methodologies from the pre-acquisition phase up to the implementation of synergies. We helped to establish a common understanding of the roles of participants and leadership involved and what to do to set up a PMI office organization. In addition we supported the definition of a framework to identify and prioritize synergies, facilitated the conception of PMI tools to plan and track the monetary effects and actions to integrate functions and synergies and advised on implementing a group wide PMI reporting.
- The guideline was developed in conjunction with T-Mobile, T-Home/T-Com and T-Systems. It is implemented at the group and division level across all geographies.
