- After making the decision of creating a new company with a focus on the direct channel, a detailed strategical analysis was made about how to position the new company. We wanted to be able to face the competitors and avoid cannibalisation of mother company clients at the same time.
- The new company, Linear, was created from the mother company Unipol and now is one of the key players in the direct insurance market
