Michael’s M&A expertise derives mainly from being in the line management in a large number of M&A transactions. He has encountered his fair share of very clever consultants and has learned all about the best (and worst!) practice when it comes to reaping the maximum benefits of an M&A process.

Leader of the commercial part of the carve out project when Jack Link’s acquired BiFi and Peperami brands from Unilever in 2014. Working with PE firms on acquisitions in the health and nutrition business.

A little more about Michael
Michael lives in Copenhagen Denmark. He is married and a proud father of two wild boys aged 8 & 11. Spare time interest include sailing, skiing and golf. Whilst Michael used to play golf in the Danish national team (in the early 90’s) he today struggles to keep his hdc at 3. Michael is a Danish citizen but has an international mindset from living several years abroad – he is fluent in German, English and “Scandinavian”.
