- Global PMI Partners led the scoping and integration planning with the executive teams from pre-close through completion of Day-1 mandatory activities, followed by establishing and leading the Integration Management Office and transitioned the function to the business within 90 days.
- Worked with cross-functional teams from ALW and v2 to create eight distinct work plans comprised of over 600 tasks including the relocation and integration of manufacturing assets and production operations outside of the US.
- Ensured strategic alignment between the integration activities and the value drivers of the transaction while providing a corporate governance model and integration playbook to internalize the capabilities for long-term success (with a Global PMI timeline of approximately 100 days).
