  • Global PMI Partners worked with the NA management team to build a comprehensive integration playbook covering all phases from post LOI due diligence thru post close. Playbook solution included platform build in Sharepoint and Smartsheet, and all applicable tools and templates to support current and future M&A activities
  • Playbook is currently being customized for the DACH region in Europe
