Our experience


Acquisition of the Client Connect Division of Conduit into Perion, a leading global internet company creating a $1bn Nasdaq public company


  • Managed the post merger integration project for Perion in the acquisition of Conduit’s division – Client Connect in a $400M deal leading to a public company’s worth over $1B. 600 employees primarily in IL and the US.
  • This involved setting integration strategy, scope and objectives as well as project management of the execution project during 6 months. The project includes 15 workstreams (both functional as well as mission based) .
  • Managed the PMI (Post Merger Integration) office that was comprised of other 4 members from both Perion and Client Connect. Also joined as a member in the Executive committee.
  • Led interviews to set up a clear and coherent integration plan followed by sensing meetings and activities (1×1, focus groups, town hall meetings, etc.). Led team building and culture assessment activities.
