- Rapid integration of large competitor – in EMEA, the target was significantly larger than RWC
- Global PMI Partners team led the Steering Committee with Global CEO and management team
- IMO supported all workstreams’ pre-close planning and post-close integration planning and execution
- Deep focus on internal and external communications
- HR workstream lead mentoring in-house teams through OD, legal consultation processes, employer assignment and redundancies
- Rapid delivery of deal objectives, including site closures, supply chain integration and functional integrations
- Overall programme leadership responsibility reporting into the EMEA CEO & Global CIO
- Close management of the external Systems Integrator who had been onboarded on a fixed price contract (20+ FTE with blend of onshore & offshore resource)
- Supporting and challenging the JG/RWC functional leads to de-risk Go Live
- Ownership of creating a robust end to end UAT testing approach and oversight to ensure Exec level risk based judgement call could be made on the overall “go/no go” decision
- Active intervention around “change management” to ensure pragmatic approaches taken for training and communications
- Overall ownership of the cutover weekend plan with significant detailed scrutiny of multiple plans
- Leadership on ensuring a robust “Hypercare” plan in place for immediate post go live period
- Accountability to create and monitor Exec level business metrics to track business performance from “Go Live” and isolate “business issues” v “SAP IT system issues”
