 About This Course:

M&A Technology – Systems & Infrastructure Integration 1An essential program for anyone involved with technology systems, data, and infrastructure integration during a merger or acquisition event. The course covers the full life cycle from initial vision and expectations, through using data for decision making to resources, governance, and detailed integration planning.

The course is delivered in 3 separate 2-hour sessions​. This course will also be recorded into on-line modules that can be viewed on-demand if attendees cannot make all days.

In this course we will cover:

1. The breadth of considerations – business and technological – involved in technology transition
2. The resources, communications, governance, and process involved for transition success
3. The prerequisite knowledge for stakeholders and participants regarding roles, responsibilities, and resource demand
4. A multidisciplinary, iterative approach to post-merger technology impact analysis and planning
5. The process and framework for rapid analysis, quantification, and prioritization to facilitate decision making
