About This Course
An essential program for anyone involved with technology systems, data, and infrastructure integration during a merger or acquisition event. The course covers the full life cycle from initial vision and expectations, through using data for decision making to resources, governance, and detailed integration planning.
The course is delivered in 3 separate 2-hour sessions. This course will also be recorded into on-line modules that can be viewed on-demand if attendees cannot make all days.
