I am experienced in large scale separations and integrations, managing transactions across multiple business workstreams, especially technology, helping c-suite leaders to maximize deal value and minimize deal risk. Previously I helped to grow Deloitte’s M&A Technology team spending 4 years working on large global transactions for both Corporate and Private Equity clients.
