  • Spearheading the rapid integration of British Midland Airline into British Airways
  • Leading the integration of four businesses into a single, unified £2bn UK & Ireland consumer business for GSK, followed by a strategic transformation of the business
  • Leading the programme to create a regional leadership team and organisation structure for Aviva, including a shared services strategy
