Eitan is a co-founder of Global PMI Partners. With over 20 years of experience, Eitan is a senior M&A expert specializing in M&A lifecycle Management, with emphasis on Post-Merger Integration (PMI). Eitan holds deep understanding and expertise in Human Resources and change management practices leading a variety of HR roles in different professional areas, as well as complex change management processes, in an array of situations including: fast growing companies, turnarounds, strategic planning and implementation, Global management, national and corporate culture, internal communication and more.

In the past decade Eitan led over dozens of M&A and change projects and programs in a variety of industries, geographies and cultures.

Prior to Global PMI Partners, Eitan Co-founded S.G. Sustainable Growth, an Israeli based consulting firm focused on change management, Cross Border M&A’s, Turnarounds and Strategic Planning. Developed the company’s business strategy and marketing approach and oversaw company’s management and operations including managing consultants, business planning and joint ventures.

Eitan is co-author of cross border Mergers & Acquisitions book that will be published in spring 2016.

Project Highlights

Offered advisory services to private and public companies on M&A’s, change management, Turnarounds and strategic planning including the following:

  • Project Manager of post-merger integration processes in various companies in several areas industries including: Internet, telecom, Software, agriculture, pharmaceutics, printing, media, energy, irrigation, etc. including Paz, Genigar, Bagir, Palram, Flash Networks, YCD, cVidya, etc.
  • Managed the HR department at SintecMedia (interim position as VP HR) for 12 months (during 2014), in parallel to managing the PMI program of a global acquisition of Pilat Media by SintecMedia.
  • I was in charge of: implementing an HR system, managing the global annual appraisal process (over 750 employees in 8 offices worldwide), positioning of the HR department and global management (both locally and remote) of 5 HR professionals, defining HR policies, processes, roles and responsibilities, KPI’s, welfare, global compensation and benefits, etc.
  • Managed the Global culture change program for Applied Materials focusing on globalization (18 months program), leading 12 global task teams, measuring the process (defining KPI’s), mentoring management teams re global management (remote, matrix, etc.)
  • Managed the Change management program for Corning’s Israeli subsidiary Mobile Access focused on implementation of strategy, culture, organizational efficiency, processes improvement, globalization. (12 months program)
  • Accompanied Global HR and organizational development processes for MIS (dental implants) including: defining roles and responsibilities (of units and individuals), global recruitment, preparing HR annual plan and summary, defining annual KPI’s for the HR team and HR area (local and global KPI’s), building the company’s global compensation & benefits plan, etc.
  • Participated in the divesture (carve-out) process of Client connect from Conduit and managed the post-merger integration process of the Perion-Client connect merger.
  • Strategy and structure design and implementation of the supply chain division in ACE (Subsidiary of an American DIY chain).
  • Operated a major turnaround process, including cost cuts process and strategic planning in a Helicon (Israeli record label).
  • Managed an in depth process including Strategy design, structural change, metrics, processes as well as established its HR unit in Almog (Israeli private construction company).
  • Lead a spinoff of a printing activity in Getter a large public (TASE) printing devices company.
  • Managed for Netafim (international irrigation company) (1) pre-acquisition assessments and acquisition planning efforts of two companies, (2) strategic planning and business planning of one of its divisions.
  • Helped design the M&A infrastructure for Paz, a leading Energy group.
  • Managed 4 Post Merger Assessments & KPI’s setting in NESS Technologies (international company traded in Nasdaq).
