  • De-merger of the Independent Newspapers from Trinity Mirror, covering Editorial and Production, AND leading the production department through the transition period
  • Group-wide  migration from MS Outlook to Google’s G-Suite for some 3500 users
  • Outsourcing and collapse of 30 UK production centres, taking 500 FTE’s to 45 FTE’s. a single centre supported with off-shore demand based production cost-model
  • Deployment of 7000 user, HR and Payroll system, with secure access for remote working
  • Cloud migration of Reach’s DR platforms to AWS, and Local World legacy systems to Azure
