- Kristen leads the development and execution of M&A solutions for private equity firms and corporates looking to build in-house M&A integration and carve-out expertise
- Prior to Global PMI Partners, Kristen held M&A leadership positions in industry and consulting. Kristen served as VP Merger Integration at Envision Healthcare, Senior Director M&A Integration at Western Union and Director M&A Integration at Omnicell. She served as an Experienced Manager at Hitachi Consulting and Accenture/Arthur Andersen working with Fortune 500 clients
- Kristen completed Columbia Business School’s Executive M&A Program and was certified in M&A in 2020. She holds a BS in Communications and Economics from Northwestern University. Kristen also completed the Executive M&A Program at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University
