• Christophe was an Executive Director in the European Transaction Integration group of Ernst & Young, which is focused on worldwide and multidisciplinary integration and carve out projects resulting from transactions.
• Christophe completed a Masters in Business Economics at the Ghent State University.
• He also studied Estate & Wealth Management at the New York University. He has published several articles, presented seminars, conducted workshops and is a trainer on integration management and M&A.

Scott Whitaker is a Managing Partner of GPMIP USA and is also a member of the global leadership team at Global PMI Partners.

With extensive experience in all aspects of mergers and post-acquisition integration, Scott advises clients across industry sectors covering small, mid, and large-cap transactions. He is an expert in mobilizing Integration Management Offices (IMO’s) and helping companies develop integration playbooks.

Scott is a recognized thought leader in the M&A integration space and is author of Mergers & Acquisitions Integration Handbook: Helping Companies Realize The Full Value of Acquisitions (Wiley 2012) and Cross Border Mergers & Acquisitions (Wiley 2016). Scott holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Stefan Hofmeyer is a Managing Partner of GPMIP USA and is also a member of the global leadership team at Global PMI Partners.

In addition to internal management and advisory duties in the US, LATAM, and Australasia, Stefan leads the development and execution of repeatable M&A integration and carve-out solutions for private equity firms and acquisitive corporations.

Stefan is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School LPSF Program and holds an Executive MBA from the Graziadio School, Pepperdine University, as well as a BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Grace Makley holds the position of Operations Manager at Global PMI Partners USA.

Grace leads back-office support, resource coordination, and client engagement initiatives for GPMIP USA and also supports global operations management.

Grace holds a BA in Sustainability Studies and Sociology, with a Certificate in Global Leadership and Change, from the University of Florida where she graduated summa cum laude.

Estuardo Trujillo is the LATAM region lead for Global PMI Partners.

Estuardo’s experience includes expertise in M&A strategy formulation, integration management, negotiation, sales and marketing, and social responsibility. He has led multiple global integration projects in the oil and gas downstream sector and has experience working globally in the United States and Europe.

Estuardo holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from LSU and has multiple certificates in strategy, leadership, and negotiation from schools such as Wharton, Harvard, Thunderbird, University of North Carolina, and INCAE. He is also the president of the board of directors of United Way Guatemala and Operation Smile Guatemala and is a certified business coach and trainer.
