Craig Dooley is co-lead of Australia and New Zealand at Global PMI Partners based in Brisbane.

In addiition to M&A and M&A integration expertise, Craig specializes in financial risk management, funding across multiple industries, treasury policy and corporate governance documentation and implementation, business-wide solutions, global trade-related funding and inter-country trading, as well as business development and relationship management. Craig has worked with a wide range of industry sectors, including property, manufacturing, retail, education, agriculture, wholesale, and healthcare.

His project highlights include assisting start-ups and multi-nationals, dealing with clients from SME to institutional companies across all industries, and working with multiple ‘roll-ups’ both domestically and internationally.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking, Finance, and Risk Management from Griffith University.

Ryan Sadler is co-lead of Australia and New Zealand at Global PMI Partners based in Sydney.

Ryan is a M&A and divestitures transition services expert leading and advising executives on strategic and large-scale technology transformations for various companies. With a strong technological background, local and international business transaction acumen, Ryan specializes in seamless and scalable Transition Services execution for both public and private sector clients.

Ryan holds a Masters in Business Administration, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, and other industry certifications and experience. His expertise includes M&A skills, governance establishment, C-Suite Executive stakeholder management, opportunity analysis, commercial negotiation, and industry sectors such as Financial Services, Engineering, Technology, Mining, and more.

Rob Kerr has been with GPMIP for many years and has recently taken on the role as Associate Partner for the ASEAN region, relocating to Vietnam with his family.

Rob has extensive experience leading IMO functions and as Integration Director across sectors and geographies. Engagement have ranged from the tens of millions to the multi-billions including a £120m technology sector acquisition integration and leading the IMO for the Retail division on the merger between Ladbrokes and Coral.
