Mark Bevan is a Managing Partner & the COO of GPMIP UK and is a member of the global leadership team for Global PMI Partners.

He has a strong background in Technology transformation and M&A, having previously worked in multiple different consulting organisations in senior roles at Capgemini, DXC and Deloitte.

Mark has worked across multiple sectors including aviation, retail, logistics, manufacturing, banking, insurance, healthcare, consumer goods, and media & technology and has helped dozens of clients navigate the challenges of their M&A transaction and tranformational change progremmes.

Additionally, Mark’s collaborative and pragmatic approach enables him adapt and support clients with their ever changing and evolving transcation requirements, across all business functions, utilising the experiences gained from working with multiple blue-chip corporate and PE organisations and clients.

Michael is a Managing Partner and one of the four founders of Global PMI Partners and has been instrumental in growing the company since its inception. He has been founder and CEO of a tech start-up, VP International Operations at Framfab and worked with strategy, M&A and business development in Ericsson. Michael is native Swedish speaker, fluent in English and basic German

Mikael is a Managing Partner and co-lead our practice in Nordics, DACH, Baltics and Poland. He has extensive management experience in high-tech industries from firms such as Ericsson, IBM Global Services and PortWise. He has been a consultant with PriceWaterhouse Coopers and McKinsey&Co. Mikael holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Science in Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and a Bachelor from Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College. Mikael is a native Swedish speaker and speak fluent English and basic French

Craig Dooley is co-lead of Australia and New Zealand at Global PMI Partners based in Brisbane.

In addiition to M&A and M&A integration expertise, Craig specializes in financial risk management, funding across multiple industries, treasury policy and corporate governance documentation and implementation, business-wide solutions, global trade-related funding and inter-country trading, as well as business development and relationship management. Craig has worked with a wide range of industry sectors, including property, manufacturing, retail, education, agriculture, wholesale, and healthcare.

His project highlights include assisting start-ups and multi-nationals, dealing with clients from SME to institutional companies across all industries, and working with multiple ‘roll-ups’ both domestically and internationally.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking, Finance, and Risk Management from Griffith University.

Ryan Sadler is co-lead of Australia and New Zealand at Global PMI Partners based in Sydney.

Ryan is a M&A and divestitures transition services expert leading and advising executives on strategic and large-scale technology transformations for various companies. With a strong technological background, local and international business transaction acumen, Ryan specializes in seamless and scalable Transition Services execution for both public and private sector clients.

Ryan holds a Masters in Business Administration, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile, and other industry certifications and experience. His expertise includes M&A skills, governance establishment, C-Suite Executive stakeholder management, opportunity analysis, commercial negotiation, and industry sectors such as Financial Services, Engineering, Technology, Mining, and more.

Rob Kerr has been with GPMIP for many years and has recently taken on the role as Associate Partner for the ASEAN region, relocating to Vietnam with his family.

Rob has extensive experience leading IMO functions and as Integration Director across sectors and geographies. Engagement have ranged from the tens of millions to the multi-billions including a £120m technology sector acquisition integration and leading the IMO for the Retail division on the merger between Ladbrokes and Coral.
