Christophe leads GPMIP teams in the Benelux, France, DACH and India.
Hands-on expert in merger integrations and carve-outs, with a specific focus on culture and finance. Christophe has led numerous projects in Europe, the US and Asia in the media, telecoms, automotive, fertilizer, healthcare, chemicals and semiconductor industries.
Christophe lectures on International Business Strategy at VUB University Brussels. He co-authored the books “Mergers & Acquisitions: A Practitioner’s Guide to Successful Deals” (World Scientific, 2019) and “Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions” (Wiley Finance, 2015). He currently writes a book on the “VICARS model”. VICARS focuses on the six dimensions critical to integration success: Vision, Incentives, Culture, Actions, Resources, and Skills.
