- Global PMI Partners led the transition service agreement assistance, platform integration planning with the executive teams from pre-close through completion of Day-1 mandatory activities, followed by a culture assessment, business process management, comprehensive rebranding planning for marketing and re-licensing, as well as year one communications development.
- Worked with cross-functional teams from PRC, CBC (parent company) and CBCS to create ten distinct work plans comprised of over 1200 tasks including the transition of payroll and benefits through new brokers and partners.
- Ensured strategic alignment between the integration activities and the value drivers of the transaction while providing a TSA governance model and integration playbook to internalize the capabilities for long-term success (with a Global PMI timeline of approximately 150 days).
