  • ASEAN – Carveouts + 5-way merger. Set up Nestlé confectionary business, >100 SKUs, 21 manf. lines
  • Indonesia – Turned around business and initiated IT implementation, $160mio rev, 1000+ employees
  • Nestlé Netherlands – Optimized supply chain operations & refine IT / SAP Strategy, $335mio SCM value flow
  • Mobsya, Switzerland, Manf. & sale of educational robots (~15,000 robots pa, < $10 mio rev). Turned around and rescued from pre-bankruptcy.
  • SGI, Computer Manufacturer. Restructured and ran European IT incl. ERP solutions supporting $1bn revenue. Set up worldwide marketing intelligence function, including sales force tracking.
  • Co-founder 2 IT start-ups (1 sold, 1 failed) and a management training company (sold)
