- Indonesia – Turned around business and initiated IT implementation, $160mio rev, 1000+ employees
- Nestlé Netherlands – Optimized supply chain operations & refine IT / SAP Strategy, $335mio SCM value flow
- Mobsya, Switzerland, Manf. & sale of educational robots (~15,000 robots pa, < $10 mio rev). Turned around and rescued from pre-bankruptcy.
- SGI, Computer Manufacturer. Restructured and ran European IT incl. ERP solutions supporting $1bn revenue. Set up worldwide marketing intelligence function, including sales force tracking.
