Project Highlights

HR Transformation experience includes:

  • ABB – transition leadership team for shared service centre set up and migration which involved the migration of in country services from 50+ European countries over a 2-year migration period delivering a 30% saving to operational costs 
  • Wipro (HR transformation director – led all global HR change programmes led from Europe 
  • An example of such would be to help a global telecom provider to migrate 500+ in-country local supplier agreements together with their in-house operations to a single supplier global service.  Involved 500+ FTE operation ramp up in India and migration of existing services from 9 countries as well as the transfer of 136 client own staff predominately based in Finland and Germany with strong union negotiations and very sensitive management of attrition – deal values have been $200M +
