The 2016 Global M&A Summit, the leading international conference on China Outbound M&A, is set to showcase top Chinese based serial acquirers and senior integration experts from Global PMI Partners. Approximately 200 executives from Chinese organizations plan to attend to learn international M&A integration best practices in preparation for outbound investment.

The conference will be held at the Center for China M&A Research at Beijing Jiaotong University on January 15th, 2016.

China outbound direct investment has been growing at over 30% annually since 2005 and reached $103 billion in 2014. It has caught up with the foreign direct investment (FDI) in China for the first time and marked the inflection point where China becomes a net capital exporter.

Integration experts set to speak in advance of their groundbreaking book, Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions, include: Robert Yu (China), Stefan Hofmeyer (United States), Thomas Kessler (Germany), Christophe Van Gampelaere (Belgium), Andrew Scola (United Kingdom), and Makoto Ideno (Japan).
